CAD
Our CAD products include the basic architect drawings: a building’s floor plans, sections, façades, site plans and roof plans in digital form. For the as-built model, we do a comprehensive internal and external as-built survey. In conjunction, the site is photographed thoroughly. The documentation is done in accordance with the Senate Properties’ CAD instruction 2.0, which is commonly used in the industry. If the customer has his own documentation standard in use, it will be used. If necessary, the documentation can be carried out using existing documentation. The documentation is done with the Autodesk AutoCAD 2005/2008 program.
CAD-documents in 2D-form are commonly used in the construction industry. By creating an as-built model of the site, plans for changes can be made more quickly and accurately. In addition, CAD-documents can also be applied in other sectors besides construction.
The final product is delivered and presented in a file, which in printed form includes the architect set, surface-area information, list of drawings, and a sample of photographs of the building.
AS-PLANNED MODEL
The as-planned model is based on a building’s existing documentation, either in paper- or CAD-form. The building is tied to a general system of coordinates based on site plans or measured data. An on-site model is created based on the existing material. Structures are documented if they appear on the existing drawings. If the as-planned model will be used for visualization, the building is also photographed. Previously created surface models can be utilized in the process. The documentation is done with the Autodesk Revit program.
The as-planned model is suitable for navigation, visualization, mass studies, spatial- or interior design.
The final product is delivered and presented in a file, which in printed form includes the information model, 2D architect set, surface-area information, list of drawings, and a sample of photographs of the building.
AS-BUILD MODEL
The as-built model is based on surveying and photography taken from both inside and outside the building, in addition to existing documentation. The exterior is measured using a total station, or a laser scan if necessary; the interior is measured using laser distance meters.
The on-site model is created based on existing material and made more accurate with the results of the surveying. Structures are documented if they are marked on existing documents or if they are clearly noticeable. Previously created surface- or as-planned models can be utilized. The documentation is done using the Autodesk Revit program.
The as-built model is suitable for designing buildings, navigation, visualization, mass studies, spatial- or interior design, virtualization, observation images, spatial management and due diligence.
The final product is delivered and presented in a file, which in printed form includes the information model, 2D architect set, surface-area information, list of drawings, and a sample of photographs of the building.
